Exchange and return policy

Because our motto is customer satisfaction, we photograph all products in full detail. Therefore, what you see in the photos or videos will be exactly as you see them, unless otherwise stated in the product description or by our team.



The following are the exchange and return conditions:


  • The product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have...

If the product was used or its benefits were obtained, the store has the right to...

Inspect the product before replacing it to ensure it is undamaged.


  • The consumer is responsible for paying the shipping cost if they wish to exchange the item.

In the case of product and international exchange, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company, and in the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.


  • The product must be exactly the same as the product that was sold and has not been tampered with or altered.


  • The customer bears the cost of returning the products through a shipping company agreed upon by both parties.


  • If the order is cancelled after it has been shipped with the shipping company, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs in addition to the return fees (if any).


  • Products can be returned within 3 days of receipt, and exchanged within 7 days.


  • The refund will be processed after the product arrives and we confirm its condition. The money will then be transferred to your account within 24 hours if the payment is a bank transfer, and within a period not exceeding 30 days if the payment is by Mada or Visa.

Cancel order:


  • The order can be cancelled free of charge if the product has not been shipped.


  • In case of cancellation after shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded after calculating the shipping cost and deducting it from the original amount paid.


  • The order will be cancelled if the customer is late in completing the payment process (bank transfer or credit card) for more than one business day.


  • The order will be cancelled if the product is found to be unfit for sale during the order preparation for shipping, and the full amount will be refunded.



Products and services excluded from the right of exchange and return:


  • All types of cards, including luck cards and single cards.


  • Stamps and stickers of all kinds.


  • All products are subject to change if they have been opened and tampered with.


  • If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or anything else that is considered a publication.


  • If the product is videotapes.


  • If a defect appears in the product due to misuse.


  • Digital products.


  • Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable.
