Introduction to the User Agreement:
Our online store, The Ace Game, welcomes you and informs you that you will find below the terms and conditions regulating your use of this store and all legal implications, as any person’s use of the store, whether he is a consumer of a service, a product, or otherwise, is his approval and acceptance, and he is in full capacity, considered by law and regulation. And legally all articles and provisions of this agreement, which is a confirmation of your commitment to its regulations and what was mentioned in it, and this agreement is considered effective as soon as you agree to it and begin registering in the store.
Introduction and definitions:
The above preamble is considered an integral part of this agreement. Below you will find the meanings and definitions of the main phrases used in this agreement:
1- (Store) This definition includes all forms of store on the Internet, whether it is an electronic application, a website on the Internet, or a commercial store.
2- (Consumer) The person who deals in e-commerce with a desire to obtain the products or services that he provides from the store through his electronic platform.
3- (Agreement) This phrase means the terms and conditions of this agreement, which govern and regulate the relationship between the parties to this agreement.
Consumer legal capacity:
1- The consumer acknowledges that he has the legal capacity to deal with the store, or that he is at least eighteen years old.
2- The consumer agrees that if he violates this article, he will bear the consequences of this violation before others.
Nature of commitment:
1- The store’s commitment to consumers is to provide (the service or product).
2- The store may provide other services, such as after-sales services or other related services, due to the nature and type of (service or product) required by the consumer.
Usage controls:
1- The consumer is committed to using the store’s electronic platform in accordance with public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2- When purchasing a service or product from this store, the consumer is obligated not to use this service or product in a manner that violates public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Accounts and registration obligations:
Once you apply to join the store’s membership as a user, you are obligated to disclose specific information and choose a username and secret password to use when accessing the store’s services. You have thus agreed to:
1- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and the confidentiality of the password, and you agree to notify this store immediately of any unauthorized use of your account information with the store or any other breach of your confidential information.
2- The store will not, under any circumstances, be responsible for any loss that may befall you directly or indirectly, morally or financially, as a result of revealing the consumer’s name or login information.
3- You must commit to using your account or membership with the store yourself, as you are fully responsible for it, and if someone else uses it, this is evidence that you have authorized him to use the store in your name and for your account.
4- You must adhere to all seriousness and credibility when using this store.
5- You are committed to disclosing true, correct, updated, complete and legal information about yourself as required during registration with the store and you are committed to updating your data if it changes in reality or in the event of the need to do so.
6- Our store is committed to treating your personal information and contact addresses with complete confidentiality.
7- If it becomes clear to the store that you have disclosed information that is not true, incorrect, not current, incomplete, illegal, or in violation of what is stated in the User Agreement, the store has the right to stop, freeze, or cancel your membership, store, or account on the platform.
8- In the event of non-compliance with any of the above, the store’s management has the right to stop or cancel your store or membership, or block you from accessing the store’s services again.
Electronic communications and official means of communication:
1- The parties to this agreement agree that communication takes place via the email registered on the platform.
2- The consumer agrees that all agreements, advertisements, data and other communications provided to him electronically substitute their written counterparts, and are a stand-alone argument, in meeting legal and legitimate needs.
3- The consumer agrees to the possibility of communicating with him and informing him of any provisions pertaining to this agreement or relating to dealing with him through the store’s management broadcasting general messages received to all consumers or to specific users of the store.
Intellectual property:
1- The intellectual property rights of the store are fully owned by the store, whether they owned it before or after the establishment of this electronic platform.
2- The consumer respects the intellectual property rights of the store, which include the name of the store itself, and the words, logos, and other symbols of the store or displayed on it, as every right that follows the name of the store is owned by the store’s complete intellectual property rights.
Store responsibility:
1- The store is committed to conducting its commercial business through this electronic platform in a regular manner and in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
2- The store does not bear any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether resulting directly, indirectly, accidentally, through the consumer, or through a third party such as shipping companies.
3- The Ace Game Store, its employees, owners, and their representatives are committed to ensuring that (the product or service) is sound, legitimate, and authorized in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is used for legitimate purposes.
Restricting access or membership:
The store can suspend or cancel the consumer’s membership or restrict the consumer’s access to the platform’s services at any time, without warning, for any reason, and without limitation.
General provisions:
This usage agreement - which may be amended from time to time as the case may be - constitutes the usage agreement, work mechanism, understanding, agreement and contract between the store and the consumer, and both parties to this agreement agree to take into consideration the following:
1- The Arabic language is the applicable language when interpreting the provisions of this agreement, or when translating it into another language.
2- All prices displayed on the store’s services or products may be modified from time to time.
3- The promotional or marketing offers that the store may place are temporary offers, as the store has the right to modify or stop these promotional or marketing offers at any time.
4- The parties to this agreement are committed to dealing with each other in a manner that does not violate the legal rules, regulations and applicable laws related to the nature of the interaction between the store and the consumer.
5- This usage agreement shall not be canceled except by a decision issued by the store management.
